APPOINTMENTS
JP Kempt requires a credit or debit card number to schedule an appointment.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. At the end of your appointment, you can pay using cash, the credit or debit card used to book your appointment, or a different card.
OUR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can get hectic sometimes and you may need to cancel or change your appointment. Please keep in mind that we require at least 12 hours notice to do so. To cancel or change your appointment, please call the shop, text us, or email us.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, we will charge the card used to book your appointment according to the following:
Canceling more than 12 hours before your appointment: No charge.
Canceling between 3 and 12 hours before your appointment: 50% of services booked
Canceling within 3 hrs of your appointment and no-shows: 100% of services booked
Running late?
We offer a ten-minute grace period. Showing up more than ten minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin will be considered a no-show and you will be charged in full for the service.
JP Kempt takes care to ensure our barbers are fairly compensated for their time. This policy also helps us continue to provide our barbers with much needed health care and a living wage.
